Los Angeles Union Station Photo Tour
Join LADIG and the Los Angeles Conservancy at 10:30 Saturday morning June 4 for the first of a number of special LADIG photowalks this summer.
Get a special look at the history and behind the scenes of Union Station, one of LA's historic buildings. We will have a 90 minute guided tour of the station, followed by an informal lunch at Phillipes, one of LA's iconic restaurants (and another interesting photography location).
Tripods are not allowed, but monopods are acceptable. After the event, submit your best photos to us and we'll post them on the LADIG website and incorporate them in a special slideshow before our June 14th meeting. The best photo will win a prize!

The tour will meet in the front lobby of Union Station, near the information counter shown in the above photo.
The Metro Red and Gold Lines as well as Metrolink all stop at Union Station (it is the train station after all), so save energy and help the environment by taking the train.
Underground parking is available at Union Station for $6 per day. Enter from Cesar Chavez Avenue (past Union Station Driveway, under the bridge, about a quarter mile east of Alameda Street). From the garage, take the elevator up to P1-Patsouras Transit Plaza and proceed to the front lobby for check-in.
